While logging into your Magento Admin Panel, you get a rigid Messages Notification popup, which is a bit irritating for most, who uses the admin panel for more than 100 times a day. So, here is a quick solution to that.
Just goto;
System > Configuration > Advanced > Advanced > and disable Mage_Admin Notification
